Ainda estabelece regras sobre coleta, armazenamento, tratamento e compartilhamento de dados pessoais, impondo mais prote\u00e7\u00e3o e penalidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na LGPD tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 previsto as responsabilidades dos intervenientes no tratamento de dados. Neste sentido, \u00e9 preciso avaliar a adequa\u00e7\u00e3o dos procedimentos para atender aos requisitos da Lei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Por isso, nossa adequa\u00e7\u00e3o a LGPD inclui mapeamento e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o dos riscos, com rela\u00e7\u00e3o a exposi\u00e7\u00f5es relativas \u00e0s opera\u00e7\u00f5es.
